The brief
EDF's West Burton B is one of the UK's largest Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Stations. It prides itself in being a big part of its community and in playing a critical role in meeting the country's energy needs.
GCL, as part of their role in supporting West Burton B with its Access and Inclusion Strategy, were asked to carry out an Access Review of the station's visitor facing areas, including its interactive visitor centre.

We understand that power stations might not be perceived as the most accessible places for disabled people and they can present unique challenges, but also real opportunities.
