intu stated their commitment to maximising the access of their shopping centres and their London head office. intu wanted an access consultancy to carry out Access Reviews across their UK shopping centre portfolio and provide detailed reports and recommendations in line with legislative requirements and best practice standards.

Our approach

• GCL carried out Access Reviews of 14 intu shopping centres and its head office
• We provided 25 key staff with quality assured, CPD accredited access training
• We undertook a review of intu's policies and communications
